In-Office Guidelines
On behalf of our entire dental team, we’d like to take a moment to say thank you again for your loyalty and support!
We welcome your family to our office. It is helpful to call the office to check-in once you have arrived at the parking lot. We welcome patients and siblings for appointments with at least one parent or guardian to be with the patient during services.
Due to potential acquisition of other patients protected health information (PHI), recording any part of or your visit to our office is strictly prohibited.
